Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Find your natural waist — the narrowest part of your torso, usually right above your belly button.
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and rear.
For best results, measure with light underwear, standing in a relaxed posture.
